This hub is one of Hanhai Studio’s cross-border entrepreneurship centers in China which serves as an incubation and acceleration platform. This platform serves to provide both industry resources and crucial operational facilities to assist cross-border companies in their China market entry process. With our expertise and established network of resources & acceleration platforms, we not only help our clients explore the right opportunities to grow their business in China, but also help them navigate all the complexities of entering a foreign market.

Space: The hub covers an area of 1150 m2 and provides ideal conditions for companies big and small. It consists of co-working spaces, individual offices, exhibition areas, conference rooms and other common areas with shared equipment.

The hub is located in the Hangzhou International Talents Entrepreneurship and Innovation Park (HITEIP) in the Gongshu District of Hangzhou. Geographical Features:  Hangzhou is the capital of the Zhejiang Province in China, covering a gross area of 16,854 square kilometers. It, as the southern terminus of the Grand Canal, sits at the head of Hangzhou Bay, which separates Shanghai and Ningbo. It is a traffic hub for southeast China.

Demographic: Hangzhou is the most populous city of Zhejiang Province. During the 2019 Chinese census, the metropolitan area reported a population of 10.36 million people. With headquarters of leading tech industry enterprises such as Alibaba in the area, Hangzhou has attracted many people to the city.
