On August 28th, the contract signing ceremony of the Beijing Film Market under the 10th Beijng International Film Festival was held. 46 companies from entertainment industry along with 110 promising projects were gathering together to break the deal-making record in the history. The total market value exceeded 33 billion RMB, which was 7% higher than before. 

The projects presented on the contract signing ceremony covered all aspects in film industrial chain including film investment, theater construction, entertainment industrial park projects and talented young film creator cultivation programs.

China Poly Group signed 4 projects at the ceremony, two of them were films that were expected to be released in theaters. Also, China Poly Group is cooperating with other investment companies to launch a huge immersive film and technology themed show to introduce Chinese culture to the world.  

In addition, China Poly Group is forming a strategic partnership with Bank of Beijing to get 1 billion RMB loan to support its theaters, film projects, entertainment related technology development and distribution.

Wanda Group and other production companies released more than a dozen new movies at the ceremony to show the world that the Chinese film industry is alive and uprising after the Covid-19 disaster.

Beijing Tongniu media company signed a contract with Beijing Xiaotu technology company to co-develop Tongniu entertainment production base. The base is located in Beijing Huairou film and TV industrial park, which is the first base in China that provides realistic scenery settings for film and TV production purpose including train station, hospital, family house, bar, cafeteria and more. Three digital sound stages provide more possibilities to the production companies.

The 10th Beijing International Film Festival has led the entertainment industry to a brighter future and inspired Chinese film market to be vigorous and flourish.
